Important Notice: BRIDGED operates on a subscription licensing model. Clients do not own websites or content unless export and ownership rights are separately purchased.
1. Terms of Service
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing BRIDGED’s website, platform, or subscribing to our services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1.2 Services
BRIDGED provides subscription-based website creation and management services. Features vary by subscription tier and may include analytics and e-commerce functionality.
1.3 Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.
- You authorize BRIDGED to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- No free trials are offered.
1.3.1 Change Requests & Updates
Clients may submit change requests exclusively through the BRIDGED application. Each subscription tier includes a defined number of change request submissions per billing period (for example, Tier 1 includes one (1) change request per month).
Unused change requests do not roll over to future billing periods.
BRIDGED determines, in its sole discretion, whether a request qualifies as a change request and whether it falls within the scope of the Client’s subscription tier. Requests that exceed the included limit or scope may be declined or offered for an additional fee.
1.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your BRIDGED account.
- Services continue until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued.
1.5 Website Delivery Timeline
Websites are typically completed within 10–14 business days after all required information and payment have been received. This timeline is an estimate and not a guarantee.
1.6 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful information
- Review and approve all website content before publication
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws for your business
1.7 Content Creation & Approval
BRIDGED creates website content based on your provided brief.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content prior to launch. BRIDGED is not responsible for inaccuracies, claims, or legal compliance of approved content.
1.8 Content Ownership & Classification
Client Content
“Client Content” means any text, images, logos, trademarks, videos, data, or other materials provided by the Client to BRIDGED. The Client retains all ownership rights to Client Content. The Client grants BRIDGED a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and host Client Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services during the active subscription.
BRIDGED Materials
“BRIDGED Materials” means all website templates, layouts, designs, page structures, code, systems, workflows, proprietary tools, and processes created or used by BRIDGED in connection with the Services. BRIDGED retains all right, title, and interest in the BRIDGED Materials.
Website Content
“Website Content” means the combination of Client Content and BRIDGED Materials as delivered through the Services. Except where export and ownership rights are purchased, no ownership interest in the Website Content or BRIDGED Materials is transferred to the Client.
1.9 Hosting & Third-Party Services
Hosting is provided via third-party providers (including Hostinger). BRIDGED does not guarantee uptime and is not liable for outages, maintenance, or third-party service failures.
Payments are processed through Stripe. BRIDGED does not store credit card information.
1.10 E-Commerce
If your plan includes e-commerce:
- BRIDGED provides technical implementation only
- You are responsible for products, pricing, inventory accuracy, taxes, shipping, refunds, and legal compliance
1.10.1 Prohibited & Regulated Industries
BRIDGED does not provide Services to businesses operating in regulated or high-liability industries, including but not limited to healthcare, medical services, financial services, legal services, insurance, gambling, or any industry requiring professional licensure or regulatory approval.
BRIDGED reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services if a Client operates in a prohibited or regulated industry.
1.11 Intellectual Property & Licensing
License to Client
While the Client maintains an active and paid subscription, BRIDGED grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website solely for the Client’s internal business purposes.
No Ownership Transfer
No ownership rights are transferred to the Client as part of the subscription, regardless of payment history, unless expressly agreed to in writing by BRIDGED.
1.12 Export, Ownership Purchase & Data Deletion
Export & Ownership Rights
Upon cancellation, the Client may request to purchase export and ownership rights to the Website Content. This purchase grants the Client a copy of the Website Content in a standard export format and transfers ownership of that exported content to the Client.
Paid Administrative Service
Export and ownership rights are not included in the subscription and require payment of an additional fee. BRIDGED is not obligated to provide free exports or transfers after subscription termination.
Scope of Transfer
Export and ownership rights apply only to the Website Content provided in the export and do not include BRIDGED Materials, systems, templates, layouts, or proprietary technology.
Deletion Timeline
If export and ownership rights are not purchased, all Website Content and related data will be permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.
1.13 Data Processing
BRIDGED processes personal data solely to provide the Services, in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
1.14 Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
BRIDGED makes no guarantees regarding uptime, security, performance, traffic, or business results.
Use of the Services does not create any ownership interest in BRIDGED Materials or Website Content unless expressly purchased in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRIDGED’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
BRIDGED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
1.16 Termination
BRIDGED may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
Cancellation by Client
If the Client cancels their subscription, Services will continue and the website will remain live until the end of the current billing period. After the billing period ends, the Client’s license to use the website and BRIDGED Materials terminates, and the website will be taken offline.
Non-Payment
If payment fails and is not cured within a reasonable grace period, BRIDGED may suspend or terminate Services and take the website offline.
